Inspirich is an independent R&D consultancy company providing high level system architecture expertise, technology management and project-drive during the innovation and development of high-tech mechatronic systems and/or industrial processes. Besides technological support, I provide systems engineering competence according to the V-model approach to ensure that application expectations match with a realistic system.

I’m specialised in systems that require an integral approach of precision mechanics, mechatronics, optomecha(tro)nics, metrology and software to achieve the required overall performance.

My quality is to create, manage and inspire multidisciplinary teams where project management, marketing, business development and technology are strongly connected to each other. My strength lies in exploring new markets and development opportunities and translating these into technological roadmaps, within the given context and requirements of the customer.

I’m also part of the DSPE organisation as chairman of the Dutch MSKE contactgroup (Mechatronic System Knowledge Echange) and advisory board member of the DSPE conference.

Service can range from a complete development cycle from scratch till first system(s), to a few hours brainstorming, trouble-shooting existing equipment or technological due diligence. My strength lies in a holistic & integral approach to run and realise complex and multidisciplinary projects.

Where needed, I have access to a broad network of suppliers and specialists to define the right eco-system for the innovation. I work with experts in theoretical and applied precision engineering, mechatronics, metrology, vision/optics, control and software. In this way I can flexibly tailor available expertise and capacity to the needs of projects at hand.

I’m experienced in the complete trajectory from defining user requirements together with the customer, to creating a complete functioning system design hereby applying the V-model approach. Methodology is to split up complex multi-disciplinary systems into manageable work packages and processes that lead to lean and transparent projects. Inspirich provides knowledge and guidance on all aspects of these system approaches.
